It’s simple. It’s ice cream.

Swensen’s opened up on Russian Hill in 1948 and has been scooping out some the best kind of ice cream yumminess around.

Near the top of the Hill at the corner of Hyde and Union, there’s no seating inside, but the neighborhood has some of the most scenic views in the city and a few parks nearby to grab a seat.

Enjoy!
